I've been taking these daily for a little over a month. I have noticed I am able to regulate my moods better. I still spaz out sometimes but it's gotten better. My night sweats have become minimal and I do have a little bit more energy. I like the flavor, I suppose some may not. I started off taking the regular flavor so switching to the strawberry was much more tolerable. The regular was ruff. I take them straight up. Squeeze the whole packet in my mouth and get it over with, bright and early, as soon as I get up in the morning. Boy was that a challenge. But after switching to the strawberry flavor I don't have an issue. The regular flavor was definitely grittier than the strawberry as well.
This is a great product. I feel so much better since I started using it. I strongly recommend it. My last purchase had a great sales price.
After only 2 days I have noticed a boost in energy and a lighter mood. The flavor isnt the greatest but tolerable. The single serve packet is super convenient to be able to just pop in my purse . I will order again
I love this product and the quality is outstanding. If you dont love the taste of honey I wouldn't recommend it but its the best way to get the Himalayan Shilajit into your daily routine. Very easy to use and take.
These actually taste so good! I can feel the effects of the Shilajit and it seems a really high quality. Has increased my energy and also my drive. Great value imo!
I like how easy it is to use. Just add to your coffee or by it's self. The only issue i had was some were crystallized which can happen with honey. Overall like using this. Shiljit over is a great source of folic acid. Gave me great amounts of energy.
Texture of honey and the smell of a fruity honey. The taste is a bit off but honestly much better than taking straight shalajit. Best taken when you put it in tea for better absorption into the body. I have PCOS and definitely helps w the fatigue .

I highly recommend these vitamins. They are easy to remember to take & to keep on your person. Put in your food, in your water, tea. Or just eat it straight
The very first stick I opened I noticed it tasted smoky and after finishing the stick I took a drink of water and immediately felt it go through my body and not a good feeling. It was like having stomach cramps.
This gives me the boost of energy that i need everyday, it makes me feel great, the honey taste great and the texture is good as well, it doesnt really have a smell to it and it worth the price.
This does not make u hypersexualixed it will give u a little pick me up if u take it around noon as far as engergy not like a a big burst but enough to keep me from niddign off midday or needing that afternoon nap but don't get this thinking u are gonna be getting a libido boost

Ok... I saw these ok TT and thought well... I've tried everything else let's give these a go. I'm 42. I absolutely LOVE my hubby but all us ladies know we can't control our stupid bodies. I've been taking this a WEEK! My husband was in aww last night! Not only is my drive getting better but when I tell you I was soaking!! I wasn't expecting much from these because let's be real nothing works like it says and maybe these don't work for everyone but please don't hesitate to try these!
